Returns & Exchanges

We want you to LOVE your goodies! Here’s how our returns and exchanges work:

🔁 Online Returns & Exchanges

  • If you change your mind, you can return full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be returned unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Sale items & gift cards are FINAL SALE — no refunds or exchanges.

Refunds vs Store Credit:

  • Refunds are issued for items returned in perfect condition.

  • Items returned after 14 days will receive store credit.

Shipping:

  • Return postage is at your cost (unless the item is faulty).

  • Keep your tracking — we can’t be responsible for lost parcels.

🛍 In‑Store Returns

  • Bring your item back within 14 days with your receipt.

  • We offer store credit only for in-store returns (no refunds).

⚠️ What Can’t Be Returned

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing original packaging

📦 Faulty or Incorrect Goods

  • If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 2 business days with a photo.

  • We’ll organise a replacement or full refund, no fuss.

How to Return

  1. Email hello@sayitsiser.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Post it to:

Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 2–4 business days.
